Manufacturing supports all of Colorado’s Advanced Industries
A fundamental objective of FourFront Colorado is to build upon Governor Hickenlooper’s 2011 Colorado Blueprint, a bottom-up economic development initiative to create an innovation ecosystem that enhances the global competitiveness of Advanced Manufacturing. FourFront’s additional objective from Hickenlooper’s Colorado Blueprint is to drive job growth across all of Colorado’s Advanced Industries.
Colorado Advanced Industries are identified in the Blueprint as prime drivers of the U.S. and Colorado economies, comprised of engineering and R&D-intensive companies that produce and deliver products and services. Colorado’s Advanced Industries consist of Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace, Bioscience, Electronics, Energy & Natural Resources (including cleantech), Infrastructure Engineering, and Technology & Information.
